Privacy Notice

Last updated: 3 November 2026
Publication status: Draft requiring management and legal approval before launch.
Who we are
This website is operated by New Change Group of Companies (NCGOC), with offices in Ireland (headquarters), the Philippines, Kosovo and Nigeria. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “NCGOC” refer to the group company that receives your enquiry or application. [Responsible entity for each market to be confirmed by legal.]
Personal data we collect
- Contact enquiries: name, company, business email address, telephone number (optional), the service you require and the details of your requirement.
- Candidate registrations: name, email address, country, discipline, years of experience and the CV you upload (PDF, DOC or DOCX).
- Technical data: a session identifier and security token used to keep forms secure and to retain what you entered during submission, plus standard server and application logs.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
How we use your data
- To respond to contact enquiries and discuss your workforce requirement.
- To assess candidate profiles and consider them for suitable opportunities.
- To operate, secure and maintain this website, including preventing spam and misuse.
- Where we administer payroll or employment on behalf of a client, to meet the related legal, tax and reporting obligations.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent when you tick the consent box on a form. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. We rely on our legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries and to operate and secure this website. Where we take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, we rely on that request as the basis for processing. [Legal basis for each market to be confirmed by legal.]
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed:
- Within the NCGOC group, with staff in Ireland, the Philippines, Kosovo and Nigeria who need it to handle your enquiry or application.
- With a client, when we propose you for a role and you have agreed to be considered.
- With service providers that host this website, send our emails or support our systems, under contractual obligations to protect your data.
- With public authorities, where the law requires it.
International transfers
Because we operate in four countries, your data may be accessed from, or transferred to, a country other than your own, including the Philippines, Kosovo and Nigeria. Where required by law, we apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.
How long we keep data
- Contact enquiries: [retention period to be confirmed], after which they are deleted.
- Candidate profiles and CVs: [retention period to be confirmed], after which they are deleted or anonymised.
How we protect your data
- Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery and validated on the server.
- CV uploads are checked for file type and size, stored under a randomised file name and kept in a folder that is not publicly accessible.
- This website is served over HTTPS.
- Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it for their role.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Ireland, this is the Data Protection Commission.

- Session cookie (ci_session): keeps your session active while you complete a form.
